    “In 2012 I took on a new role managing a direct sales team. The team had been through a major restructuring exercise and were reduced in size by half which was disconcerting for them.     While the company had made a commitment to training I struggled with the decision about what was the best option. As there were multiple challenges I could have gone down many routes when it came to providing training for the team.
