The instruments were selected with great care: the Discovery channel type of experimental videos; illusions that he sticked on the walls; daily conversations that we shared with each other.

Each break was like a movie break. Hard to leave the saloon but I liked the duration of the breaks: 20min. It enabled us to talk to each other about what we have experienced. Changing the seats each session also brought dynamism to the training.

I immediately wrote a list for my beliefs and told all my close friends and parents about what I have learnt and what I will be from now on :-)
